These are so easy to make at work and taste incredible!!
What you need
4 cherry tomatoes
2 spring onions
6-12 Rye Vitas
1. Scoop out avocado into a bowl and add lime juice, smash it up!
2. Chop up tomatoes and spring onion and mix into avocado
3. Spoon mixture onto Rye Vitas
4. Sprinkle with a bit of cracked black pepper
5. Eat them quickly before your work friends do!
