Leftover Chicken, Apple & Sage Sausage BBQ Skewers with Zucchini & Capsicum! Whenever we cook a BBQ for dinner we always make sure there is enough left overs for lunch the next day! This is such an easy recipe to make and turns your leftovers into an awesome meal!
What you need
1. Use your leftover sausages (or meat) and chop it into chunks
2. Cut up your grilled vege’s (we use zucchini and capsicum)
3. Place your cut up leftovers onto some skewers and cook on sandwich press for around 4-6 minutes to heat through
4. Wham, Bam, Thank you Ma’am!
Try adding mushrooms to add even more flavour
ditch the skewer and cook the ingredients, cook or heat up some rice and mix together for a stir fry
