Simple and delicious Caprese Salad for a quick afternoon snack!
3 tomatoes (cherry or full size)
3 balls of Bocconcini
half a cup of fresh basil/oregano leaves
1. Slice up some juicy tomatoes
2. Slice or break apart chunks of Bocconcini and combine each piece with a slice of tomato
3. Cover with fresh basil and/or oregano leaves
4. Season with generous amounts of sea salt, olive oil and cracked black pepper
